Gardner, G.D. Hill, J.D. Sterling, L.A. Stevens and D.D. Traynor in attendance
Mayor Frank Todd made the following announcement, "This morning I received
a letter of resignation from the City Clerk and R.C.W. 2.28.010 prevents us
from conducting business without having a bonded City Clerk in attendance,
therefore, I will continue this meeting until the same time tomorrow
evening, at which time I hope to have at least a temporary City Clerk under
bond. Thank you for coming, I'm sorry to disappoint you but that is the
law."
The Mayor then advised the Council of a work meeting at 6 :30 P.M. the
following evening prior to the Council Meeting.
