ORDINANCE NO 172
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1948 for the pay-
ment of the current municipal expenses and providing for the re-
demption of bonds and for the payment of the interest thereon.
WHEREAS, THE TOWN COTJNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA, KING COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof, held the second day of
September, 1947, made the following estimates of expenditures and
receipts from all sources other than direct taxation upon the real
and personal property of the said Town of Tuksila for the ensuing
year of 1948.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TUKWILA
Section 1. That for the purpose of raising funds with which
to pay the expenditures as above enumerated together with the
redemption of debt for the Town of Tukwila for the ensuing year,
1948 there shall be certified to the, County Assessor of King G
County, Washington, the sum of One thousand six hundred,seven
and seven one hundredths dollars 1607.07) as the amount to be
raised by general taxation upon the real and personal property
embraced within the corporate limits of the Tukwila as shown by
the assessmentbrolls of King County for the year 1948.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication.
PASSED THE TOWN COUNCIL and signed by me in authentication of
its passage this 6th day of October 1947.
