EASEMENT FOR UTILITY

The Grantor, Stephen Massero and Sharon Massero
(f 4 is wife, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand pal receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal
corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement and right -of -way,
over, through, under, across, upon, and in the following described real property
situate in King County, Washington, TO -WIT:

CD A permanent utility easement over the undivided 1/2 interest in West 20
0 feet of Lot 8, Block 1, Plat of Colegrove's Acre Tracts, as recorded in
N Volume 11, Page 85, records of King County, Washington.

for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of
ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes
necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
