EASEMENT FOR UTILITY
The Grantor Hazel Gjerde /his wife, fir and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal
corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement and right -of -way,

TOGETHER WITH a temporary construction easement 10' in width lying adjacent
and northerly of the above described permanent easement.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of
ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes
necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
