127.9'; thence at right angles southwesterly 15'; thence parallel to said Highway, southerly
to the intersection with a line parallel to and lying 10' northwesterly of the southeasterly
boundary of the above described property; thence south 29 30'00" west along said parallel
line to the south line of- the -above described property TOGETHER ITH a temporary construction
easement 10' in width lying adjacent to and southwesterly of that portion of the permanent
utility W.asement lying parallel to Pacific Highway as described above.

a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of
ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes
necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property.
