EASEMENT FOR UTILITY LINE
The Grantor, Alice Manington Estate his wife, f r and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby Frant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in Kinq County, Washington,
to
TO-WIT;

O A strip of land 15' wide the south line of said .land being contiguous with

northerly prolongations of the west and east line of said land described in

for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
a will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein..
