EASEMENT FOR UTILITY
The Grantor; William Wall and Eva Wall
his wife, for and in consideration of the
sum.. of ONE DOLLAR (51.10) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal
corporation., Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement and right-of-way,
over, through, under, across, upon, and in the following described real property
situate in King County, Washington, TO -WIT:
A portion of Foster Stephen Donation Claim No. 38
Beginning on westerly line of Duwamish Rention Junction Road 186.79' southeasterly
Ln from its intersection with the southerly line of Foster Street; thence South
0 40!36 `00" West 65.13' to True Point of Beginning; thence South 40 36'00" West
N 260'; thence South 23 East 46.40'; thence North 69 07'00" East 99.80';
O thence North 49 12'30" East 72.10'; thence North 40 36'00" East 122'; thence

A permanent utility easement along a 15' strip referred to as road easement in
the above described property.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of
ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes
necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
