sum. of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal
corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement and right -of -way,
ove under, across, upon, and in the following described real property
.situate in King County, Washington, TO -WIT:
O A permanent utility easement, the west 10 feet of the south 70 feet of Lot 9,
Lco Block 1, Colegrove's Acre Tracts as recorded in Volume 11, Page 85, records
CD of King County, Washington, together with a temporary construction easement
O 10 feet in width lying easterly of and adjacent to the above described permanent
easement.,,

for the construction, ope Lion, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of
ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purposes
necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
