South, also known as Foster Street; thence North 73 19'00" East 191.03 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of 53rd Avenue South and true point of beginning; thence southerly along said westerly line to a point 124.51 feet northerly of its intersection with the northerly margin of South 137th Street; thence South 74 0 42'00" West, 126.95 feet; thence North 04 43'00" West, 10 -5.5 feet, more or less, to a point which bears South 73 19'00" West, and 100 feet from true point of beginning; thence North 73 19'00" East, 1,100 feet to true point of beginning. A permanent utility easement over the easterly 5 feet of the above described property.
