EASEMENT FOR UTILITY LINE
The Grantor, Marian Clemans his wife, for and in consideration of the

N hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
O Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
N and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,
TO -WIT:
An easement for utility line purposes in, over, under,,and along a strip of land 15 feet
wide lying 7.50 feeton each side of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of land described in deed under Auditor's
File No 4431773 said point lying South 40 ",West 11.92 feet from the most easterly
corner of said land; thence North 63 45'47" West 76.66 feet more or less to the point of
terminus on the northwesterly line of said land, said point lying South 40°36'00" East
34.65 feet from the most northerly corner of said land; the northeasterly and southwesterly
.points of beginning of the herein described easement being contiguous with the said south-
easterly line of said land and the northeasterly and southwesterly terminus of the herein
described easement being contiguous with the said northwesterly line of said line, TOGETHER
with an easement for construction purposes along a strip of land 20 feet wide lying 10 feet
on each side of the herein described centerline.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
