EASEMENT FOR UTILITY LINE
The Grantor, and Marian Clemans
0 his wife, for and in consideration of the
0 sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1000) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
0 hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
LIN and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in

TO -WIT:
An easement for utility line purposes in, over, under, and along a strip of land 15 feet wide

Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of land described in deed under Auditor's Fee
No 4035615 said point lying North 40 36'00" 73.76 feet from the most southerly corner of
..said land; thence North 43 33'09" West 115.60 feet, more or less, to the point of terminu
said point lying on the northwesterly line of said land, North W36'00" East, 85.53 feet
from the most westerly corner of said land; the northeasterly and southwesterly points of
beginning of the herein described easement being contiguous with the southeasterly line
of said land and the northeasterly and southwesterly terminus of the herein described
easement being contiguous with said northwesterly line of said land. TOGETHER with a
temporary easement for construction purposes along a strip of land 20 feet wide lying 10 feet
on each side of the herein described centerline.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This .easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify armd save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
