EASEMENT FOR UTILITY LINE
The Grantor, Richard Hanlon and Sylvia Hanlon his wife, for and in consideration of the
surf of NE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
4ashington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in

.O An easement for utility line purposes in, over, under, and along a strip of land 15 feet
Q wide lying 7.50 feet on each side of the following described line:
N Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of land described in deed under Auditor's
File No .4434766 said point lying South W 36'00" West 34.65 feet from the most
easterly corner of said land; thence North 63 45'47" West 7.72 feet; thence North 43 33'09'
West 62.4$ feet more or less to the point -of terminus, said poirit lying on the northwesterl
line of said land South 40 East 31.24 feet from'the most northerly corner of said
land; the northeasterly and southwesterly points of beginning of the herein described
easement being contiguous with said southeasterly line of said land, TOGETHER with a
temporary easement for construction purposes along a strip of land 20 feet wide lying 10
feet on each side of the herein described centerline. TOGETHER with the Southwesterly
10 feet of land described in deed under Auditor's File Number 4434766 TOGETHER with a
temporary easement for construction purposes for the northeasterly 10 feet, all said
distances being measured at right angles from the southwest line of said land.

for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
campletion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
