TOGETHER with a temporary easement for construction purposes 20 feet wide lying 10 feet on each side of the herein described centerline. for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of y a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way fop all purposes necessary and related thereto. This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon completion of construction.
