EASEMENT FOR UTILITY LINE
The Grantor, Fred Trus and Irene May Trus
his wife, for and in consideration of the
OLLAI2 $1.00) in hand'paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,
TO -WIT
An easement for utility line purposes in, over, under, and along a strip of land 15 feet
wide lying 7.50 feetrn each side of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of lands described in deed under Auditor's
File No. 5464566 said point lying South 74 27'30" West 13.31 feet from the most easterly
corner of said land; thence North 43 59'44" West, 127.57 feet, more or less, to the point
of terminus on the northwest line of said land, said point lying South 40 0 36'00" East,
11.92 feet from the most northerly corner thereof; the northeasterly and southwesterly
points of beginning of the herein described easement being contiguous with said southeast-
erly line and the northerly and southwesterly terminus of the herein described easement
being contiguous with the said northwesterly line. TOGETHER with a temporary easement for
construction purposes 20 feet wide lying 10 feet on each side of the herein described
centerline.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
y a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
fop all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
