The Gr ntor Carl Brewer and Hazel Brewer his wife, for and in consideration of the
S OBE DOLLAR 1,00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereb grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in Kinq County, Washington,
TO -WIT:
The northeasterly 10 feet of land described as Item "B" in deed under Auditor's
File No 4265836 said distance being measured at right angles to the northeast
line of said land; said land being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southwesterly line of Puget Sound Electric
Railway Right -Of -Way with the easterly prolongation of the southerly line of
Lemon Road situated in Section 14, Township 23 N, Range 4E W.M., thence
northwesterly 18.00 feet, thence S 74 04'00 "W 373.75 feet to the easterly line
of said Lemon Road, thence along said easterly line 18.00 feet,
thence easterly to the True Point of Beginning except that portion lying within
SR 181 (Interurban Avenue) as shown on the Washington State Highway Plans,
sheet 7 and 8 dated May 16, 1968.
for the construction, operation,, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of A
line or-lines and appurtenances thereto, together,
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and
for all purposes necessary and related thereto,.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original.condition upon
completion, of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from.any liability arising from the construction contemplated
