EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE

his wife, for and in consideration of the
sum of W1 DOLLAR ($1 00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
King County Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,

for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of /4
line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
C with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
