sum of ONE DOLLAR 1 ($1000) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of --way, over,, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,

Ln That portion of the Stephen Foster Donation Land Claim No. 38 described as follows:
LQ Beginning at the intersection of the southwesterly line of Puget Sound Electric
Company Railway right -of -way (now known as the Puget Power and Light Company

0 line of Lemon Road, also known as 137th Street; thence northerly 18 feet, more or less

a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion, of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein,
