EASEMENT FOR UTILITY LINE
The Grantor, FRED W. TRUS for IRENE MAY TRUS ESTATE X,Xd(
g(xx,>kft, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1,00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in King County, Washington,
TO -WIT:
An easement for utility line purposes and, over, under and a long strip
of land 15' wide line 7 -1/2' on each side of the following described
line:
Beginning of the point on the southeastern line of lands described
in deed under Auditor's File No. 5464566, said point lying S 74° 27' 30" W
13.31 most easterly corner of said land; thence northwesterly 128'
more ofr less, to the point of terminus on the northwest line of said land,
said point lyingS 40° 36' 0 27.5' from the most northerly corner thereof;
northeasterly and southwesterly points of beginning on the herein described
easements being contiguous with said southeasterly lines and the northerly
and southwesterly terminus of the herein described easement being contiguous
with the said northwesterly line. TOGETHER WITH a temporary easement for
construction purposes 20' wide, lying 10' on each side of the herein described
centerline. This easement cancels that certain easement filed under King Count

for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a Utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
