EASEMENT FOR UTILITY LINE
The Grantor, Marian Clemans
s�f�XX�X for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell,and convey to the C jty of Tukwila
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in County, Washington,
TO -WIT:

An easement for utility line purposes in, over, under, and a long strip of
C? land 15' wide line 7 -1/2' on each side of the following described line:
Beginning of the point on the southeasterly line of land described in
deed under Auditor's File No. 4431773, said point lying S 40° 36' 0" W,
27.5' from the most easterly corner of said land; thence northwesterly'
76' more or less to the point of terminus on the northwesterly line of
said land, said point lying S 40 36' 0" 4, 34.5' from the most northerly
corner of said land; the northeasterly and southwesterly points of
beginning of the herein described easement being contiguous with the said
southeasterly line of said land and the northeasterly and southwesterly
terminus of the herein described easement being contiguous with the said
northwesterly line of said line. TOGETHER WITH an easement for construction
purposes along a strip of land 20' wide, lying 10' on each side of the
herein described centerline. This easement cancels that certa(bn easement f1j ed
under King County Auditors File No. 7210200558,
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
,with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property,
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
