The Grantor and

and assigns, an easement and right -of -way, over, through, under across, upon and in
the following described real property situate in Ki.na County, Washington,

Beginning on westerly line of Duwamish- Renton Junction Road 317.08' southeasterly
from its intersection with the southeasterly line of Foster Street; thence
South W36,00" West 190'; thence 49 12'30" West 77.20' to True Point of
Beginning; thence South 69 07'00" East 104'; thence North 23 0 30'30" West to True
Point of Beginning less beginning at the intersection of the easterly line
of 53rd Avenue South and southerly line of South 136th Street; thence north-
easterly along said southerly line 50'; thence southeasterly 55' more or less;
thence West 50' to easterly line of 53rd Avenue South; thence northerly along
said road to point of beginning, together with 15' strip adjacent to northwesterly
line. A 15' permanent utility easement described as 15' strip adjacent to
northwesterly line in the above described property.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
