S 71 °16 W 50 feet to the True Point of Beginning. A permanent utility
easement the northwesterly 10 feet of the above described property, TOGETHER
WITH a temporary construction easement 10 feet in width lying adjacent to and
southeasterly of the above described permanent easement.

This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm-
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
