This easement cancels that certain easement filed under King County
Auditor's File No. 721020 0565.
for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of
a e f line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property
affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon
completion of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harm
less the Grantors from any liability arising from the construction contemplated
herein.
