WITNESSETH: The Grantor, for valuable consideration, does hereby grant unto the Grantee a temporary right -of -way or easement to be used only during. construction of a sewer main on adjacent property,_ said temporary ease- ment to cease and determine upon acceptance of the sewer main for mainte- nance and operation by the Grantee. The said temporary right -of -way or easement shall be through and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: The East 10 feet of the following described portion:-:of Govern- ment Lots 8 and 10, Section 24, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said Government Lot 10 with the Easterly line of the Pacific Highway No. 3 "D" and run ning thence Easterly along said South line of Government'Lot 10, a dis- tance of 387 feet to its intersection with the Westerly line of the Puget Sound Electric Company's right -of -way; thence Northwesterly along said Westerly line of right -of -way, 91 feet; thence Westerly in a straight line 356 feet, more or less, to a point in the said Easterly line of Pacific Highway, which is 66 feet North 8 0 52'10" West from the Point of Beginning; thence South 8 1 52 1 10" East along said Easterly line of Highway 66 feet to the Point of Beginning, less portion thereof taken for highway purposes and access road purposes. Renton, WA. 98055 Easement No. 24 -13 -19 19 7 a- by The said Grantee shall have the right, without prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at'such times as may be necessary to enter upon said above described nronerty for the purpose of constructing sewer mains or making anv connections therewith, without incurring anv legal obligation or liability therefore, provided that such constructin of such sewer main shall be accomplished in.such a manner that the fence- lawn, shrubbery, dirves and walkways and land contours existing in t e too right -of -way shall not be disturbed or destroyed or in the event that M thev are disturbed or destroyed, thev will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon co by the Grantee.
