CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS INSTRUMENT made thisZ4 of �jl 197 by
and between and Joseph Luttrell herein called the "Grantor and the City of Tukwila
a municipal corporation of King County, Washington, herein called "Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor, for valuable consideration, does hereby grant'unto the
Grantee a temporary right -of -way or easement to be used only during
construction of a sewer main on adjacent property, said temporary ease-
ment to cease and determine upon acceptance of the sewer main for mainte-
nance and operation by the Grantee. The said temporary right -of -way or
easement shall be through and across the following described property
situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows:
The East 10 feet of that portion of Government Lots 8 and 10,
Section 24, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of County Road, Pacific
Highway 3 "D which point is 66 feet North 8 0 52'10" West of the North
line of the Henry Meter Donation Claim, thence North 8 0 52'10" West
along said Easterly line of County Road 65 feet, thenc.e North 80°28'
East, 326 feet more of less to the Westerly line of the Puget Sound
Electric Company's right -of -way, thence Southeasterly along said West-
erly line of said right -of -way to a point which is 91 feet measured
along said right -of -way line from its intersection with the North line
of the Henry Meter Donation Claim, thence Westerly 360 feet more or less,
to the Point of Beginning containing 0.65 acres, more or less.

The said Grantee shall have the right, without prior institution
of any suit or proceeding at law, at'such times as may be necessary to
enter upon said above described nronerty for the purpose of constructirc
sewer mains or making any connections therewith, without incurring anv
legal obligation or liability therefore, provided that such construction7
of such sewer main shall be accomplished in.such a manner that the fence
lavm, shrubbery, dirves and walkways and land contours existing in the
right -of -way shall not be disturbed or destroyed or in the event that
thev are disturbed or destroyed, thev will be replaced in as good a
condition as they were immediately before the property was entered ucon
by the Grantee.
This temporary construction easement shall be convenant running
with the land and shall be binding on the Grantor's successors, heirs,
and assigns until acceptance of the sewer main for maintenance and
