Mayer John R. Walkup and Councilmen P. E. Raker, J. P. Naylor. J. S
Storey and August Thies.
The minutes of the last meetimE were read by the Clerk and
approved.

After a brief recess celled by the Mayor for thr auditing of
the bills the Council was called to nrder to hear the report of the
fiSense celmmittee The chairman of tnefinance committee reported
that all bills had been approved ac presented. A motion that ell the
bills be allowed as recomended by the finance committee and warrants
drawn for their respective amounts was nele c cried.
P-00MMUYICATIONS
The Treasurer's monthly financial report was read by the clerk and
approved. The report of the Water Supt. was read and approved. A letter
fees Clinton F. Fe.rteen was read also a copy of a resolution regardne
ettoerne4s fees for services rendered in the matter of the forclosure
proeedinge of L.I.D. Assessments. fter some discussion the Clerk was
insteeetec by motion obtain more information from Mr. Harteon.

NEW BUSINESS
The C1 ii was instructed to perchase some shovels and picks for
the Street Department. The Clerk was instructed tto.00mtinioete with
Stone Webster regarding brush at right of way crossing.
