After a brief recess called by the Mayor for the
bills the Council was called to order to hear the report
Finance Committee. The Chairman of the finance committee
that all bills had been approved as presented. A motion

COMMUNICATIONS
The Treasurer's monthly financial report was read by the clerk
and approved. The report of the Water Supt. was read and approved.
A letter from Shorts and Denny wegarding Forcicsure Proceedings L.I.D.
1 was read.,
OLD BUSINESS
Resolution 49 employing the firm of Shorts & Denny in connection
with the forclosure of delinquent special assessments Vo.1 k 2
levied by the Torn of Tukwila in Dist. f1. was -read. A motion was
made seconded and carried that said resolution be addptedc.
