easement for Sanitary Sewers with necessary appurtenances over,
through, across, under and upon the following described property in
King County, Washington,
That portion of the Henry Meader Donation Claim No. 46, in Section
24, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. described as follows:
Lying Easterly of the right -of -way of the Puget Sound Electric Rail-
way, lying Westerly of the right -of -way of the Chicago, Milwaukee
and St. Paul Railroad, lying Southerly of the.North line of said
donation claim No. 46, and lying Northerly of the North margin of
an easement for road purposes referred to under Auditor's file No.
3480349.
That portion of the above described property included within the
limits of a strip of land 1 feet in width, the center line of which
is described as follows:
Commencing on the 2 -M Line Survey of Primary State Highway No. 1
Green River interchange at highway engineers' station 2 -M 149 +25.97
P.O.T. "Y" 0 +00; thence North 87 1 07'32" East 518.77 feet along said
"Y" line and its Easterly projection to an intersection with the
Easterly margin of the Puget Sound Electric Railway right -of -way;
thence continuing North 87 0 07 1 32" East 15.00 feet; thence North
1 °26 West 22.00 feet parallel with the said Easterly margin to
the North margin of an easement for road purposes referred to under
Auditor's file No. 3480349 and the point of beginning; thence con-
tinuing North 1 0 26'34" West 290.00 feet to the terminus of said
center line description.

Said heretofore mentioned Grantee shall have the right, without
prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the
purpose of constructing, repairing, altering or reconstructing sani-
tary sewers or making any connections therewith, without incurring
any local obligation or liability therefor, provided that such con-
structing, repairing, altering or reconstructing of such sanitary sew-
ers shall be accomplished in such a manner that the fences, lawn,
shrubbery, drives and walkways and land contours existing in the
right -of -way shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that
they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a
condition as they were immediately before the property was
upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said
easement, so long as said use does not interfere with the installation
and maintenance of the sewer main and so long as no buildings or
structures are erected on said easement.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall
be binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of both parties hereto.

TOGETHER WITH a 30 foot temporary construction easement, the
centerline of which is the same as that described above.
Said temporary construction shall remain in force during construct-
ion and until such time as the sewers and appurtenances have been
accepted for maintenance and operation by the CITY OF TUKWILA.
