A. Centerpoint Turnover of Infrastructure
Staff is seeking approval to accept turnover of sidewalks, signage and traffic signals, and
accept easement to maintain traffic signal from Centerpoint 8801 Marginal in the total
amount of $421,474.

B. Grant Agreements: 42nd Avenue South Bridge Replacement
Staff is seeking approval to accept $12M from the Local Bridge Program and $17M from Move
Ahead Washington for final design and construction of the 42nd Avenue South Bridge.

C. Grant Application: Gilliam Creek Fish Barrier Removal
Staff is seeking approval of a grant application to USDOT AOP National Culvert Removal,
Replacement, and Restoration Program in the amount of $19.3M for design and construction
of the project.
Item for follow-up:
Provide information on WSDOT's plans for the 1-405 Culvert and 1-405 On -Ramp Culvert.

D. Grant Agreement Amendment: Polychlorinated Biphenyls Monitoring/Evaluation
Staff is seeking approval of supplemental funding from Department of Ecology Water Quality
Grant in the amount of $446,144.00 for PCB evaluation in the stormwater drainage system.

E. Polychlorinated Biphenyls Evaluation
Staff is seeking approval on an agreement with Herrera Environmental Consultants, Inc. in
the amount of $421,206 to conduct a PCB evaluation in the stormwater drainage system.

F. Resolution: 2024 City Equipment Surplus
Staff is seeking approval of the annual surplus resolution authorizing the sale of vehicles and
equipment no longer needed in the total estimated value of $117,800.
