Chair Martinez called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Code Amendment - Phased Binding Site Improvement Plans
Staff is proposing to update the Tukwila Municipal Code to remove a requirement for phased
binding site improvement plans (BSIPs) to undertake a development agreement.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval to forward to Planning Commission.

The meeting adjourned at5:44 p.m.
