RELINQUISHMENT OF UTILITY EASEMENT
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, KING COUNTY,
a home rule charter county and political subdivision of the State of Washington, does hereby
release and relinquish all right title and interest in that certain easement for water lines over the
easterly 15 feet of the real property described in that Statuto>y Warranty Deed dated December
23, 1938, recorded under King County Recording Number 3028740, and quitclaims all easement
rights and interests it holds in the real property described in Exhibit A herein to the CITY OF
TUKWILA.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this relinquishment of easement has been duly executed by
King County as of the date first set forth below.
