WASHINGTON 981W LENDER'S CONSENT TO FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, m FIRST AMENDMENT TO SURVEY MAP AND PLAN, WARRANTY DEED AND QUITCLAIM DEED The undersigned lender, WESTSIDE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN a ASSOCIATION, executes this Consent for the purpose of acknowledg- ing its.consent to an amendment to the Condominium Declaration of CO C3 Cottage Creek, A Condominium, designated as "First Amendment to 0% Condominium Declaration of Cottage Creek, A Condominium" and an amendment to the Survey Map and Plan for Cottage Creek, A Condo- r+ minium, designated as "First Amendment to Survey Map and Plan of Cottage Creek, A Condominium The First Amendment to Declara- 7908080664 tion has been recorded as set forth below, and the amendment too the Survey Map and Plan has been recorded as set forth below. The purpose of the above amendments and of the Deeds r� referred to under the recording numbers set forth below is to allow the exception from the legal description of the condominium C#,, of a certain portion of the property which had to be dedicated to the City of Tukwila for street improvements. The obligation to dedicate this property existed the condominium by a covenant running with the land, }but the deed itself had not been recorded and the description of the property to be deeded for _strreet purposes was .included within the condominium description in error by the Sponsor. The parking stall designations and locations and certain carport locations were also incorrectly described in certain areas of the Survey Map and Plan and in Exhibit "B" attached to the Declaration, and the amendments correct this item as well. This is a correction of scrivener's errors. The Warranty Deed and Quit claim Deed recorded as described below to the City of Tukwila are for the purpose of conveying the real property which must be conveyed to the City of Tukwila for street purposes. The undersigned lender hereby consents to the amendments to the Condominium Declaration and the Survey Map and Plan as des- cribed, and to the delivery of the Warranty Deed and Quitclaim Deed as described.
