PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Planning Commission will hold virtual / in -person
public hearings at 6:30 p.m. on, January 23, 2025, to discuss the following:
CASE NUMBERS: L24-0026, L25-0001, L25-0002, L25-0003
PURPOSE: Consideration of Zoning Code Amendments to STEP Housing
Consideration of Zoning Code Amendments to Phased BSIPs
Consideration of Zoning Code Amendments to Residential Conversions
Consideration of Zoning Code Amendments to Residential Allowances
LOCATION: 6200 Southcenter Boulevard
THE MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED ELECTRONICALLY AND IN -PERSON FOR THE PUBLIC, AT,
6200 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188
Those wishing to provide public comments will have the opportunity to deliver comments via email,
verbally via telephone, in -person, or online during the meeting:
Written Comments: All written comments received by email to Neil.Tabor@TukwilaWA.gov prior
to 5:00 p.m. on January 23, 2025, will be acknowledged during the meeting by City staff,
Verbal Comments: Sign up to verbally deliver your comments during the meeting by emailing
