BILLS
regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
in the Town Hall on the above date. The meeting was callled
by Mayor J. P. Walkup at 8:00 P. M. The following Council
present, B. E. Baker, E. F. Green, J. R. Naylor and J. 8.
The minutes of the last meeting were read by the Clerk and ap-
proved after correction by inserting the words( "at least one year
in the motion to discontinue Street Lighting.
The following bills were then read and referred to the Finance
Committee:

After a brief recess the Finance Committee reported all bills
O.L. and on motion the Clerk was ordered to draw warrants for the
respective amounts.
COMMUNICATIONS
The monthly report of the Treasurer was read and on notion
recieved and placed on file.
The report of the Water Supt. was read, recieved and ordered
placed on file.
The bill of P.S. P& L. Co for the month of September was in-
correct aarrying an over charge, and on motion was ordered returned
to Company for correction.
The bill for Marshall's Salary w s carried over until the next
meeting.
On motion the Treasurer was instructed to pay to the Constructioz
fund $2.12 from Water Fund.
The Treasuer was instructed to take up another Utility Bond.
No other business appearing the Council adjourned at 9 :00 P.M.
