Town Hall on the above date. The meeting was called to order
by Mayor J, P. Walkup. The following members were present, B. E.
Baker, E. F. Green, J. R. Naylor, Eli Thompson and J. S. Storey.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The following current bills were read and referred to the

After a brief recess the Finance Committee reported fav-
orably on bills as read and on motion the clerk was instruct-
ed to draw warrants for the respective amounts.
The Treasurer's re ort wall read and was ordered placed on
on file.
The Water Supt. report was read, accepted and ordered
placed on file.
A communication from the County Treasurer was read in re-
gard to purchase of Lot.27 for Park Purpose. On motion Mayor
Walkup was instructed to be present and bid in property.
A communication from Attorney Kenott in regard to drain-
age of property on Tukwila Avenue belonging to Mr. Lund was
read and on motion was referred to committee of the entire
Council.
The matter of closing that part of Old Pacific Highway
from Bluff St. to New Highway north of Golden Arrow Dairy was
discussed and Mayor Walkup appointed Councilman Thompson to in.
vestigate and report to Council.
The Mayor made a report on employment at Community Park
saying the project looked favorable and predicted its early
aoceptanoe.
There being no further business the Council adjourned at
9 :00 P.M.
