THE GRANTORS, ERVIN W. STEINLE and PHYLLIS JO STEINLE,
husband and wife; GARY W. SCOTT and SUSAN J. SCOTT, husband and
wife, and D. BRUCE MORGAN and BARBARA JEAN MORGAN, husband and
wife, pursuant to that certain Partnership and Trust Agreement
of Sixty- Sixty -One Southcenter Associates dated September 1978,
convey and quit claim to SIXTY SIXTY ONE SOUTHCENTER ASSOCIATES,
a Washington General Partnership, all subject, however, to the
terms of said Partnership and Trust Agreement the following
described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of
Washington:
PARCEL A
That portion of Tract 12, Interurban Addition to Seattle,
according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of
Plats, page 55, records of King County, Washington,
lying northerly of the northerly margin of SR 405 (PSH
NO. 1 RE) as delineated on that certain Washington State
Highway Commission right -of -way drawing SR 5 (PSH NO. 1),
SOUTH 178th ST. TO SOUTH 126th ST., sheet 6 of 21 sheets,
bearing date of approval January 30, 1962; and more
fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Tract 12
which is north 88 0 24 1 47" west 78.40 feet from the north-
east corner thereof; thence south 24 °07 west 115.94
feet to a point on said northerly margin, thence north
65 0 52 1 02" west 238.42 feet along said northerly margin
to a point opposite Highway Engineers Station 166 00
on said northerly margin, thence north 69 0 17 1 01" west
47.79 feet along said northerly margin to the point of
intersection with the north line of said Tract 12,
thence south 88 0 24 1 47" east 309.81 feet along said north
line to the true point of beginning.
Together with ingress, egress and utility easements [a, b,
c and d] as more fully described in Easement and Maintenance
Agreement dated February 3 1979, recorded on February
14 1979, under King County Auditor's receiving

Together with and subject to Landscaping and Maintenance
Agreement between the City of Tukwila and grantors herein

City of Tukwila and grantors herein, recorded March 8,
1978 under King County Auditor's Receiving No. 7803080930.
Subject to Deed of Trust between grantors herein and Pioneer
National Title Insurance Company as trustee and Trueman M.
Schilling and Martha B. Schilling as beneficiary dated
December 20, 1977, recorded December 20, 1977, under King
County Auditor's Receiving No. 7712200884 as modified by
amendment dated February 1979, recorded under
