AN ORDINANCE creating a Street Development and Drainage Fund in connection
with monies paid the Town of Tukwila by the State, and
providing for the expenditure thereof for certain Town purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE TOWN OF TUKWILA AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. That effective December 2 1946, there is tree -ted in the
Town Treasury special funds to be designated as the eshington State
Development Board Street and Drainage Improve cent Fund.
Section 2. All monies paid the Town by the State under Cheater 255
of the Laws of 1945, shall be der:osited in the 'Washington State Development
Berard Street and Drainage Improvement Fund. Ten of Tukwila matching
funds to the amount of $2736.20 shall be tr- nsferred to the eshington
State Development Board Street and Drainage Improvement Fund.
Section 3. All monies in ssid fund shall only .be' expended for the
purposes specified in the state laws referred to in Section 2 hereof.
Disburdements may be msde to pay Current Expense Fund errents heretofore
or hereafter -issued for such purposes, and whenever the Town Treasurer
shall call and pay-any sued warrants there shall be transferred to such
funds any monies available under teof this ordinance.
Section. 4. The Town. Treasurer sha11 keep a record of current Expense
Fund warrants so paid and the purpose for which issued, and he shall
notify the Town Clerk thereof so that s: record of such transfers may
be kept; and the Town Clerk_ is hereby authorized to drae and deliver,
and the Town Treasurer to honor and ray from time to time, the necessary
warrants to effectuate such transfer of funds.
Section 5. This ordinance shell be in full force and effect from
and after its final passage.
