The meeting w s called to order by Mayor J. P. Walkup with the
following councilmen present J. R. Naylor, J. S. Storey, D. S. Dugan,
E. George and Eli Thompson.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The above bills were the n read and referred to the Finnance
Committee The bills were approved and the Clerk was instructed
to drag warrants for their respective amounts.
The Treasurer's rerort were read and approved and ordered filed.

Councilman Naylor reported the conference with the Ladies Improve
ments Club but with no definite results. The Committee with the Street
Supt. were instructed to further conference with the Ladies Improvement
Club,
The Mayor reported that proposition of the Town to turn over the
Water System to the City of Seattle was in the hands of the Corporation
Council.
The Clerk was instructed to commu#icate with P. S.P L.Co in
regard to defective wire on Hazel Ave. and Division St.
A motion was made tXXXX and carried that the Street lights be
abandoned for another year.
There being no further business the Council adjourned at (9:30 P.M.
