EXHIBIT 8
Attached tO Deed of Trust, dated March IS, 1975 between MARIO A. SEGALE, as
Grantor; SAFECD TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY,4s Trustee; and PACIFICBANK MORTGAGE
COMPANY, as lieneficiarye.
Grantor further covenants and agrees as follows
I. Paragraph 25(c) of the Master Form Deed of Trust is: hereby
modified and amended to read as follows:
"(c) any sale or transfdr of more than a one-half 00
interest in the title to the property rade by the Geotnr
without the prior written consent of Beneficiary,
provided, however, this provision shall not apply to
any testamentary or inter vivos transfer of any portion
of the property to the Grantor's wife and/or any lineal
descendants of the Grantor *
2. The following words in line 1 of paragraph 30 Of the Master Form
:CCI Of Trust are hereby deleted;
"Twenty days after written demand therefor"
and tne following words are substituted for such deleted words
'Ninety (50) days of the end of the subject property's
fiscal year,
3. In addition to, and not in limitation of, insurance coverage
specified in the Master Form Deed of Trust, Grantor shall obtain and continuously
maintain, a coliey of insurance insuring against loss of rent; or business income
for a period of no less than tiA months. Such policy Shall contain a loss payable
clause in favor of and in form satisfactory to Beneficiary and shall be issued
by a company approved by Beneficiary. Grantor shall reimburse Beneficiary for
any premiuMs paid for Such insurance by the Beneficiary upon the Grantor's default
in obtaining or renewing such insurance or in assigning and delivering such poHc
td Beneficiary.
4. Grantor represents and -warrants to Beneficiary that Grantor holds
title to the property made the subject of this Deed of Trust as his sole and
separate property.
5, All of the terms and conditions of the promissory note which is
secured by this Deed of Trust are incorporated herein by this reference thereto.
6. Paragraph 1(a) of the Master -Form Deed of Trust is hereby modified
and mended .V read as follows:
"All the estate and rights of Grantor in and to said property."

of Grantor's said family in which Grantor or members of Grantor's family
