DESCRIPTION
That portion of Tract 13 of Seattle Land Company's 5 Acre
Tracts, as per plat recorded in Volume 6 of Plats, on page 90,
records of King County, described as follows:
Beginning on the Westerly line of said Tract opposite Highway
Engineer s Station LW 2578.00 on the LW Line Survey of Stage
Highway Route No. 5, South 178th to South 126th St.;
thence North 80°58' East to a point on the Westerly margin
of Macadam Road opposite said Highway Engineer's Station;
thence Northwesterly, along said Westerly margin, to intersect
said Westerly line at a point opposite Highway Engineer's
Station LW 2579.85 on said LW Line survey and 275 feet
Northeasterly therefrom;
thence Southerly, along said Westerly line, which line is
also the Easterly right of way line of said Highway, to
the point of beginning;
Situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
