The regular meeting of the Torn Council was called to
order by Mayor J. P. Walkup at 8:00 P.M. with the following
Councilmen present, J. R. Naylor, Ed George, D. S. Dugan, J.
S. Storey and Eli Thompson.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and ap-
proved.
The following bills were then reaa and referred to the
Finnance Committee:

The outside toilet on the property of Mr. Carlson was de-
clared a nuisance and ordered abated.
The Street Supt. was instructed to act on sugges ion of
placing clamps on sewer pipe on Moll Ave.
The Committee on Public Buildings reported a further con-
ference with the Ladies Improvement Club but with no definite
results. The committee was instructed to continue further ne-
gotiations.
Mr. Blankenship reported limbs and branches broken from
trees on property on Moll Ave and First was a menance to pedesa
triane and property. The Clerk was instructed to correspond
with Mr. Roberta in respect to abatement.
Their being nothing further before the meeting the Coun-
cil adjourned at 9 :00 P.M.
