Hall with the following Councilmen present: J. R. Naylor, Eli Thom-
sen and D. S. Dugan. The meeting was called to order Mayor J. P.
Walkup.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approvl.
The report of the Water Supt. was read and approved and order-
ed to be placed on file.
The Treasure's report was read approved and ordered filed.
The County Treasure's report was read approved and ordered filed.
The following bills were read and referred to the Finance
Committee.

After examination by the Committee the bills were approved
and on motion the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants for their
respective amounts.
A communication from the State Tax Commission acknowledging
receipt of State Tax was read.
The Street Committee reported all streets in good condition.
The Street Supt. reported work on the removing of Viaduct.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:30.
