Special meeting called to order by Mayor J. P. Walkup with
the following Councilmen present, J. R. Naylor, Eli thomsen and
D. S. Duggan.
The Clerk read the call for the special meeting. The follow-
ing resolution was then introduced.
WHEREAS, the State Director of Highways has required that the
Town Council shall by resolution designate the percentage of
monies to be received by the Town under the provisions of
Chapter 111, Laws of 1935, that will be used for street con
struction and maintenance and interest and principal bond
payment; Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA
AS FOLLOWS: That of the money to be received by the Town
of Tukwila under the provisions of Chapter 111, Laws of
1935, the Town will expend Eighty (80') per cent for street
maintenance, and Twenty (20 per cent for street construc-
tion.
