CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McLeod called the Special Meeting ofthe Tukwila City Council to order at 7;39 P.M,
ROLL CALL
Melissa McCormick, Deputy City Clerk, called the roll of the Council, Present at the meeting were Council
President Tosh Sharp (or -site), Councilmernbers DeSean Quinn (virtual), Mohammed Abdo (absent),
Armen Papyan (on -site), Jovite McConnell (on -site), Dennis Martinez (on -site) and Hannah Hedrick (on -
site).
MOVED BY HEDRICK, SECONDED BY PAPYAN TO EXCUSE COUNCILMEMBER ABDI FROM THE
MEETING. MOTION CARRIED 6-0.

MOVED BY MCCONNELL, SECONDED BY MARTINEZ TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS
SUBMITTED, MOTION CARRIED 6-0.
NEW BUSINESS
a, Authorize the Mayor to sign a Collective Bargaining Agreement with Teamsters Local Union 'ttil 7 for
Commissioned Police Officers for the period January 1 2025, through December 31, 2027,
MOVED BY MCCONNELL, SECONDED BY PAPYAN TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN A
COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH TEAMSTERS LOCAL UNION #117 FOR
COMMISSIONED POLICE OFFICERS FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2025, THROUGH DECEMBER
31, 2027. MOTION CARRIED 6-0.
