ARESOLUTION CJFTHE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY
QFTUKVVLA.NbASH|NGTON. EXPRESSING SINCERE
GRATITUDE TO QESEAN QUINN FOR HIS SERVICE
AS A COU0C|LKAEK8BER.
WHEREAS, Oe'Semn Quinn was appointed hmthe City Council in2OO8' and was subsequently
elected and re-elected to four consecutive four-year terms with broad public support; and
WHEREAS, [)e'Saan also possesses e highly influential regional and statewide presence with
years of service on numerous and diverse boards, commissions, and committees; and
WHEREAS, on January28. 2025. [)e'Seonvvos appointed tothe District position by the King
County CnunCi|, in further recognition of his significant strengths, experience, and visionary
leadership; and
VVHEREAS. De`Saan will be greatly missed on the Tukwila City Council for his collaborative
opprnanh, wiedorn, work ethic, integri(y, budget knowledge, and core values;
