That portion of the W. H. Gilliam donation land Claim.No. 40, being a portion
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 23 North, Range 4 East,
lying Southerly of the Tukwila- Renton Three Tree Point Road (Secondary
State Highway No. 1 -L) and Easterly of the Green River and Westerly of the
former James Christensen County Road;
EXCEPT any portion lying within Highway 405;
AND EXCEPT any portion contained in the following described tract:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 28 of Interurban Addition to Seattle,
as per plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats on page 55, records of King County;
thence along the White River as follows: South 25 East 252.78 feet; thence
South 75 0 22 1 30" East 462 feet; thence North 35 °22 East 218.46 feet;
