quit claims to The Citv of Tukwila, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kina State of Washington:

of Tract 29 of Brookvale Garden Tracts, as per plat recorded in Volume 10
of plats on page 47, Records of King County, Washington, situate in the
Southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W. M.
