ORDINANCE NO. 436 4;
AN ORDINANCE adopted pursuant to RCW 35.77 adopting a
comprehensive street program for the City of Tukwila for the
ensuing six years.
WHEREAS the City of Tukwila previously adopted a compre-
hensive street program by Ordinance No. 347, and
WHEREAS the City of Tukwila has reviewed the work accomp-
lished under the program and determined current needs,and
WHEREAS the City of Tukwila has now revised and extended
the comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years,
and
WHEREAS a public hearing was held on said revisions and
extensions on August 16, 1965 at the City Hall in the City of
Tukwila, NOW, THEREFORE
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The maps and lists attached hereto entitled Com-
prehensive Tukwila Street Program is hereby adopted as the
comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years.
Section 2: This comprehensive street program shall be filed
by the City Clerk with the Washington State Director of Highways
not more than thirty (30) days after its adoption. lh
