The regular meeting of the Town Council was called to order at
8:05 P.M. by Mayor ",alkup, with the following, councilmen present:
J. R. Naylor, T li Thomsen, J. S. Storey. Inc_ A. FeerT nk. The
minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Water Department report was read and approved.
Motion made that water report he referred to water committee for
consideration of past due accounts.
Treasurer's report was read and approved.
Motion made that Mrs. Alice Neal be approved as Assistant Collector
of water accounts.

Clerk was instructed to get information from LIashington State
Liquor Board regarding licyuor licenses in foumth class towns.
Matter of interest and collateral on time deposits referred back
to Treasurer for adjustdent.
Mot ion made that bond of Treasurer be approved.
Motion made that bond of Clerk be approved.
On suggestion of Councilman ?reemink Street Su instructed
to have dump cleaned up. Clerk was instructed to procure proper
signs to be placed on dumping ground.
August Thies was re- appointed Street Supt.
Motion made that later Supt, be instructed to discontinue water
service to Mr. Santora unless at least one half of the account
be paid at once.
)ayor =Walkup instructed .later Gupt. to make a complete list of
delinquint water accounts and present at the next regular meet-
ing. List to consist of four copies.
JTayor T7alkup instructed Law and Ordinance Committee to look into
matter of taxing any outside water s "stern sullying water to
residents of Tukwila. V V

finished projects in Tukwila.
