City of Tukwila is reviewing the following project:
• Major modification to the existing Tukwila South Preliminary Plat (L17-
0031). The project proposes to add 22 lots to the previous preliminary
plat, for a new lot total of 63 lots. The application also includes the
creation of new private street tracts and future amenity tracts.
