The regular meeting of the Town Council ws called to order at 8 .7.Y. by May 9 or Yalku with a full 1 roster of councilmen .resent, r to -wit: J. S. Storey, J. Naylor, Eli Thomsen, D. S. Duggan, A. K. '_:eemink. The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. The reports of the :later Departr'ent and the Treasurer were read and approved. The matter of the Council na,'iing the general foreman for the Street and Park Project care up for discussion. On motion J. r. Naylor was named for the position. On motion the Street Supt. was instructed to install culvert under the driveway on Highland Drive lead in tc the a tt i n c Cehrrl rc; arty. 1 On motion St. Supt. was instr..ctcd to secure lumber necessary for repairing sid. walks. On motion Clerk Was instructed tc chan ordinance known as ;f1/1.5 concerning reduction i_n water rate: f ollcws: 75 per month instead of 12.00 with discount of 23/ instead of 50,E 0n motion Ordinance to be '_nc7r_ as ;,'l45 placed on first reading. On motion Ordinance to be known ac /l46 ccverin7 reduction in Street Superintendent's salary placed on first reading.
