QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTORS Frank Alberti and Agnes Alberti, husband
and wife; Elizabeth Holsinger Ploe; and H. C. Tingvall and
Cecelia L. Tingvall, husband and wife, for and in considera-
tion of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration
in hand paid, convey and quit claim to THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
a municipal corporation, the following described real estate,
situated in the County of King, State of Washington, including
any interest therein which grantors may hereafter acquire:

That certain real estate as delineated in Exhibit
M "A" attached hereto, which by this reference is
made a part hereof.
This Deed is given in lieu of condemnation of said
real esta e by the City of Tukwila.
DATED this 1T of 1977.
Elizabeth Holsinge Ploe was an'un arried woman from the date
of the death of Glenn H. Holsi4A-__-k er on November 18, 1968, to
the date of her marriage to Wi iam Ploe n February 14, 1970.

Tract 8, Brookvale Garden Tracts, according to plat recorded
in Volume 10 of Plats, page 47, in King County, Washington;
EXCEPT the south 30 feet thereof conveyed to the City of
Seattle by deed recorded under Recording No. 4101554; AND
EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed to King County for road

N that portion thereof lying within a 100 -foot wide strip

in King County, Washington); and running thence north
00 °41'21" east, along the west line thereof, 328.713 feet
to the true point of beginning of the line herein described;
thence south 88 0 16 1 00" east to the westerly margin of 53rd
Avenue South and the terminus of said line;
TOGETHER WITH that portion, if any, of Tract 7 of said
Addition lying south of the above described line.

The southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of the south-
east quarter of Section 22, Township 23 North, Range 4 East,
W.M., in King County, Washington; EXCEPT the north, south,
and east 30 feet thereof for road; AND EXCEPT that portion
thereof conveyed to King County for road purposes by deed
recorded under Recording No. 4063864; AND EXCEPT that portion
thereof conveyed to the State of Washington for highway
purposes by deed recorded under Recording No. 5661903.
TOGETHER WITH rights to the waters of two unnamed springs
as disclosed by instrument recorded under King County
Recording No. 638525, and as contained under State Certificate
issued November 23, 1962, recorded under King County Recording
No. 5596280.
